Ideal pattern for making a gift fora midwife, doula, antenatal educator, childbirth educator or similar or make one for yourself if you are a midwife, doula, antenatal educator, childbirth educator or similar.
The finished product is a great visual teaching aid for childbirth education. For the placenta and vein in the cord I used Cygnet Seriously Chunky wool in ‘Plum’. This pattern uses almost two balls. It is very chunky and crochets up quickly. For the two arteries in the cord I’ve used a light blue baby double knitting wool. You’ll need about half a ball (50g).

Available from my shop for £1.50.
